The Amenity Access Fee is for the Tenant's access and use of the building's amenities which include the Children's Room, Media Room, Oasis Room and Health Club. If the lease is more than 1 year, the Amenity Access Fee for each year of the lease must be paid upfront. For Example, a 2-year lease with one tenant will pay an Amenity Access Fee of $1,000.00 at the time of renewal, or a 2-year lease with two tenants will be $1,600.00 at the time of renewal. Amenity and building applies to 1-2 years lease.
