TIMING: All packages are reviewed by Century Management Services, Inc. in the order they are received and not based on the contract closing date or lease commencement date. It is highly recommended that all packages be submitted a minimum of twenty (20) business days prior to the tentative closing date or if applicable, lease commencement date in order to allow sufficient time for the management and the board to properly review the package and to avoid any inconvenience to all parties. 
Note: The parties are urged to carefully review the information being submitted to the board for review to avoid delays. Only complete packages will be forwarded to the board.
