No bird, dog or animal shall be kept or harbored in the building unless the same in each instance be expressly permitted in writing by the Board; such permission shall be revocable by the Board.

Must reside in apartment for at least two (2) years before requesting Board approval to sublet. Shareholders can only sublet for three (3) years out of a five (5) year period.
