Shareholders who would like to sublet their apartment are required to submit their request in writing for the board's consideration. Note subletting is permitted only under a hardship basis. Subtenants are not permitted to harbor pets.

TIMING:

Applications are reviewed in the order they are received and not based on the Contract closing date. The parties are urged to carefully review the requirements to ensure that the package is complete upon submission to avoid delays with the processing of the package.

CLOSING PROCEDURES:
