IMPORTANT: 1. Interest Only mortgages are permitted only in special circumstances for short term financing needs (i.e. used as a bridge loan). The Board may, at its discretion, require down payments greater than 20% before approving
2. No more than 80% of the appraised value may be financed
3. Guarantors are permitted on a case-by-case basis.  The  board reserves the right to require a maintenance escrow on a case-by-case basis.
