On August 26, 2020, after careful consideration, the Board of Managers of The Bel Canto Condominium implemented a new policy affecting the duration of rental leases.  The new policy states that rental leases cannot exceed a period of 12 months (one year).     For all renewal leases, Unit Owners should request an extension of the lease and receive written consent from the Board. This policy shall take effect for all new and renewal rental leases on or after September 1, 2020.
