Timing:

As a reminder, the board has thirty (30) days from the receipt of all required materials in proper form in which to issue their waiver. Please note that all purchase and lease applications are reviewed in the order they are received and not based on the contract tentative closing date or lease commencement date.  It is highly recommended that lease packages be submitted a minimum of twenty (20) business days prior to the lease commencement date to allow sufficient time for management and the board to properly review the package. The parties are advised to review the package carefully prior to submission to avoid delays with processing.
