This is a luxury high rise doorman building on the Upper East Side with an outstanding location. Built in 1964 and converted to co-operative ownership in 1985, the building is know for its large rooms, ample closet space and low maintenance. The building offers both bulk cable and bulk electricity. In 2005, the building underwent extensive renovations. Work was done on the roof; the lobby was gut renovated; the granite facade of the building was replaced; the outside front garden was removed, relined and replaced and all three elevator cabs were replaced.
