Subletting Allowed
Sublet policy is 3 years allowed after 2 years on ownership. Then the 2 year ownership requirement starts again. Leases for one year can be renewed. The Corporate Sublet Fee in an amount equivalent to 20% of the monthly maintenance or rent (whichever is greater) will be charged to the shareholder's maintenance account monthly for the duration of the sublease.
