Open Houses:
Our House Rules require a written request of an event such as an Open House in connection with a contemplated sale of an apartment be made at least three (3) business days in advance of the event to our managing agent, with copy to our building superintendent.

Generally, we limit an Open House to 2 hours during the day and require that the broker arrange for a colleague or assistant from their company to remain in the buildings lobby to meet the prospective buyers and/or other brokers and to direct them to the elevator. This allows the buildings doorman to provide service and security to our shareholders. The principal broker stays in the apartment being shown for sale.
