Subletting Allowed
Subleases shall be approved only for a maximum of Two (2) OUT OF every Four (4) YEARS Shareholder shall pay a monthly surcharge equal to Twenty-Five (25%) of the monthly maintenance charges for the first one-year sublease approved and a thirty-five (35%) maintenance surcharge for renewal of a sublease or for approval of a second sublease for the same apartment within a Four (4) year period. The surcharge will be added to the monthly maintenance bill.
