Notable for its pale yellow brick faade and its many balconies, it has a plaza along its eastern side, which opens up its vistas from the upper floors of the East River, views that are particularly desirable during Macy's July 4th Fireworks Displays. The building has 118 apartments, rounded columns on its first floor, a double-height lobby, and a garage.
