325 Central Park West, this small and intimate 7-story Coop of only 19 apartments, 2 to 3 per floor dates back to the year 1899. It was designed by the architect George Pelham in the Neo Renaissance and Gothic Revival Style. There are some wonderful architectural details found in the apartments such as 11 ft ceilings, hardwood floors and decorative moldings.
