  • Any shareholder who wishes to sublet their apartment must have lived in the apartment for a minimum of two years before being granted permission to sublet.
  • The Board will allow a one (1) year sublet with successive one (1) year renewals. No more than four (4) consecutive years will be permitted. If you wish to renewal the sublease for an additional term, a sublease renewal package must be submitted for the review and approval of the Board of Directors at least ninety (90) days before the expiration of the Sublease.
  • No more than ten (10) apartments may be sublet at any one time. If the maximum number of sublets is reached then the 11th Shareholder will need to wait.
