SUBMISSION TIMELINE FOR SUBLET APPLICATIONS Please note the following important guidelines regarding sale, sublet, and sublet renewal applications:
  • The Board is allowed up to 30 days to review a complete sale and sublet application after it has been compiled and submitted by Orsid.
  • The Orsid processing period, during which they collect and verify all required documents, typically takes approximately 7- business days after receiving all materials from the applicant.
To ensure timely review and avoid delays, sublet applications should be submitted at least 5-6 weeks in advance of the proposed lease start date. Please plan accordingly when setting proposed occupancy dates. Additionally, shareholders must provide proof of an active homeowners' insurance policy for the apartment as part of the application.
SUBLET POLICY-
The shareholder must occupy the unit for one year before subletting. Sublet fee is 25% of maintenance. The shareholder are only allowed to sublet the unit 2 years out a 5 year period. See house rules as part of the application. If you have a guarantor, a jurisdiction form must be completed as part of the application. Submission of the application is listed above.

POLICY as listed on House Rule (BT 3.14.23)-
The house rules allow guests, in the shareholder's absence, to stay for a period of one week in any six months. Anything over that requires board approval.
