Sublet Policy: shareholders may sublease their Apartments after they have owned the apartment for at least two years. Thereafter, the shareholder subject to Board approval may sublease their apartment for one year or for two years and shall not be entitled to sublet the apartment again for a period of three years. Therefore the apartment may not be subleased for more than the first two years of any five year period. The minimum term of any sublease shall be for a period of one year. A written request for an extension of a Sublease agreement, indicating your reasons for requesting an additional term, must be submitted and approved in advanced.

A Sublet Fee of $1.50 per share per month for the first year and $2.00 per share per month for the second year will be billed to the shareholders account, The shareholder shall also reimburse the Corporation for any expenses in reviewing the sublease application if necessary.
