TIMING:

In accordance with the condominium bylaws, the board has thirty(30) days from the receipt of all required materials in proper form in which to issue their waiver. In as much as Century AND the board review packages as quickly as possible, the parties are urged to carefully review all packages prior to submission to avoid delays with processing. 

In addition, it is highly recommended that all package be submitted for review a minimum of twenty (20) business days prior to the lease commencement or if applicable, tentative closing date in order to allow sufficient time for Century and the board to properly review the package and avoid any inconvenience to the parties.
